Special Forces Engineer question? What are their capabilities in construction, etc.?

I was reading that they are also highly proficient in military and civil construction and I was curious what the proficiency level it was talking about entails. I know they are doing more IED training because of the current war, but how much training do they get in the Construction side of the Engineers? Are they trained in construction of large facilities, plumbing, electrics, etc.?
