How much should it cost a plumber to fix two slow flushing toilets?

One toilet flushes partway on the first flush and then a full flush on the second. Always takes two or more flushes to do the job. The second is just starting to get a little slow and sometimes takes a second flush. Wondering how much it will cost to have someone come fix.
