Whole episode of the Maury show with 15 year old girl?

I just watched a clip from a episode of the Maury show on Youtube about a 15 year old girl called Victoria who is desperate to have a baby, and speaks like shes from the ghetto.. But anyway, I am dying to see the whole of this episode with the girl just to see how it turns out. I am from the UK and I don't think we have the show. Thanks :)
