Is there any way to get low cost psychiatric treatment for my 12 year old daughter?

I think she might be schizophrenic or delusional. She has a fear of Adolf Hitler being stuck in the neighborhood plumbing. It started with this weird dream she had and now she's terrified to the point of disability. She says he can come up through the toilets and drains like those boa snakes do. She keeps bricks and chains on the toilets and the washer and she makes me drain her bath while she hides in a closet. She won't leave the house and I'm afraid I'll have to homeschool her when school starts again in September if she doesn't get over this. I took her to a psychologist but it didn't help and our insurance will only pay for one session a month and I can't afford to pay for it.
