Is every mom like this?

shes loving and all, but i mean gosh is every mom like this?? sometimes when i try and joke with her she takes these little jokes so personal, and then i apologize and sometimes she BLOWS things way out of proportion. but i try and tell her things about life and all, and she just half listens, and then gets mad that i dont tell her enough. like i tel her, and she says she needs a minute to chill, and then she asks me right in the moment. also whenever we get into serious talks she starts raising her voice ever so slowly and if i dont tell her that shes doing she will think im getting smart with her or something. but yeah she always tells my business to the whole world and all and some of the things she says i wish she wouldnt. Every now and then she flips out on me, she will say if i dont like it here then move out, i say okay and then i cant. lol but yeah is every mom like this. i love her to death and all, but me and her but heads as i get older. when i was 13 it was because of missing curfew or something. but now at 17 and almost mature, we seem to argue about the tiniest things. i usually shut her down and say i dont wanna argue. like this morning she blew somethign out of porportion, and while i didnt do anythign wrong, she still blows things up like were on the maury, so i just walked otuside for about an hour and then everythign was okay. but i always listen to her before i say i dont wanna argue. i let her speak her mind and i usually say nothing, for if i do then here comes round two lol. and another thing, i try really hard to do what im supose to do, but my mom still always tell me to grow up. is this something that every teen goes through??? just wondering :)
