I find myself extemely sensitive all of a sudden...?

I find myself tearing up at almost EVERYTHING. For instance, I'll be watching TV and something like a weeding, or a rape case, a betreyal on Maury, or a parent-child abuse case on Steve Wilkos, anything, just makes me wanna cry! Even my thoughts have me tearing up. And I'm naturally sensitive, but it's happening even more so now that the Sun is transiting Gemini conjunct my natal moon in the 12th house. Could this be why I feel extremely sentimental and emotional??? What are the usual affects of the Sun transiting the 12th house, and in particular, conjunct one's natal Moon?
