How much would it cost me to put a trailor on my propert?

My husband's dad lives on a large piece of land and me and my husband are trying to figure out how much it would cost to put a mobile home on his property. What i mean by this is how much would it cost to hook up the water and plumbing to his father's. Or would we have to pay for a new septic tank and new water pipes to the cities water?
