Do you think that Maury Show is fake?

I was watching video clips of The Maury show on youtube and I swear it is fake. There was an episode where it was claimed that a 15 year old had sex over 300 times, a women had 11 potential fathers and her baby. There are many others as well that sound like they are entirely fake. Do you think the show is fake, scripted or real?
